Diary Dolls was founded by Stella, a parent passionate about creating lasting change in youth mental health.

As a mum, she understands the pressure parents feel to get everything right. Parenting often feels overwhelming, and many of us wonder if we’re doing enough. Stella created Diary Dolls to simplify the daily practices of resilience and emotional well-being, making it easy, playful, and part of everyday life.

Inspired by attachment theory research, Stella knows that the emotional environment at home deeply influences a child's ability to love and believe in themselves. When parents lead with compassion, presence, and encouragement, they create the foundation for lifelong self-worth.

Her mission is to provide children and parents with intentional toys that support secure attachment and emotional safety. With just five to ten intentional minutes a day, families can create lasting habits that build confidence and connection.
