 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Diary Dolls ships all Australian retail orders via Australia Post. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Australia): Free for orders over $150 AUD. The shipping fee is $9.95 for orders under $150. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.

Express Shipping (Australia and New Zealand): Available for flat fee of $17. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

International Shipping (USA): Available for a flat fee of $28. Delivery times will vary. Please refer to the checkout page for specific rates and delivery estimates.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Australia, and the USA only. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team at hello@diarydolls.com for assistance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders to the USA may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes upon receipt of their order.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a delayed or missing package, please contact our customer service team at hello@diarydolls.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If orders are rejected or returned to Diary Dolls due to unpaid duties or taxes we will only be able to refund the value of the product, not the shipping charges.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us immediately at hello@diarydolls.com. We can accommodate address changes up until the order has been processed. Address changes cannot be made once order has been dispatched.
